I wasn't sure if I got the right item when I saw the box!

They are very thin and don't look that absorbent. I "shake" my baby off before wrapping him in a towel anyway, so it's not a big deal at the moment, but it's also not the size that wraps him really well, so I wanted to buy a bigger one ( he has outgrown his frog which I LOVE). It will do the job for a while, but I'd advise you to bite the bullet and get something thicker and bigger. I had hoped for more, also at a lower unit price. Definitely glad I didn't receive the whole set (flannel) and 2 other towels that look very similar when I placed the order.
