The first bottle was heavenly. What happened?
I bought one of these large glasses and it was amazing. Wonderful apple scent and a wonderfully creamy liquid soap that is not too harsh on the skin. I cleaned my hands really well without hurting my skin. But the second bottle doesn't smell as nice and it's much harder on the hands. It still cleans well and has a thick soap, but it ruins my hands! I don't know if the second bottle was a misguided anomaly or a trend. Please tell us!
