I read reviews that commented that they are soft and small. They're silicone, so they're soft, which is perfect for squeezing into hard-to-reach places like a stand mixer or under a lid or lid. They are not soft enough to squeeze in your fingers. As pliers, they are small. I could easily add 1/4-1/3c dry ingredient to the bowl. So happy I have them!
