First, as others have said, use your own bolts as the stock bolts are useless. Second, no one in their right mind should attempt to mount a heavy bike to a wall using anchors. This is a surefire path to disaster, and it needs to be screwed into a hairpin. Anchors simply break out of the wall. Finally, the device itself is very solid, but I have a feeling that the hook is either too tight for my mountain bike or is angled incorrectly. We can hang bikes on them and they hold up great, but due to the thickness and width of the tire this is a little tricky. You have to tilt it and find the right spot. I'm concerned someone else mentioned that this might break the spoke. I assume that road bikes will not have this problem. If I could spread the hook a bit it would help, but it's so strong and the design doesn't allow me to angle it with a hammer. It seems like a decent product, but there may be better mountain bike options out there.
