The pillow itself is exactly what I was looking for: semi-circular support for the middle and upper back when sitting in an office chair. But the strap for fastening leaves a lot to be desired. It uses this latch that allows a thin rubber band to slide into a corner. Then, due to the design of the clasp, it inevitably slips off the clasp, causing the strap to bang against my arm. I almost had a heart attack the first time. a sculpted pillow that I have to put down awkwardly when I sit down and constantly change positions throughout the day.
