Review on QLECTOR LEAP by Josh Whitehead

It is easy to use, and it's very intuitive. I like that you can choose from different options for the type of plan you want to create as well as what steps should be included. The tool helps me create an accurate and realistic schedule with ease and quickly. This helps me track everything in one place (i.e. my time off). I also really enjoy how detailed the reports are. You can filter by department/position; this helps me see where and when there is an issue. Overall this has been a great experience. The only thing I dislike about the tool is that sometimes it takes longer than expected to load certain reports or pages. Sometimes the tool will freeze if you are doing something else. Having all of our schedules in one area makes it easier for us to know exactly what we need to do each week. This helps keep everyone on the same page. The best thing I like about this software is that it is very user friendly. It is easy to use and learn. The system is very customizable, allowing you to create your own plan and set your own goals. I dislike that the software is not as user friendly as I would like. I wish it was more intuitive. It is a great way to create a plan and set goals for the company. It is a great tool to help us set goals for the year.
