Understand what you are buying
People who buy them for cooking, brewing etc and then give a bad review when they discolour don't understand what stainless steel is . . This is 440 as it says in the description, apparently none of that is enough and they only see 'stainless steel'. 440 is NOT food safe and is only rated for moderate corrosion resistance. If you're looking for a grocery product, you need 304. Do your research.
