The features are easy for any person with little technical knowledge or experience such as myself! I am able t use it without assistance from my IT department which makes me feel more comfortable about using this platform than some other platforms out there where you need help getting set up initially (which can be very frustrating).
It's not perfect but we're solving our own problems by creating unique user groups within each organization who have different levels access depending upon their role/responsibility - so far no issues here either!! We've been working together since 2013 when they first launched us into production at one point during those years i was part time managing support tickets & helping customers get setup wizda etc., now fully remote management team member supporting 3 orgs across 4 countries + many clients worldwide via phone calls / emails only.
