I'm about a size 8 and most of these straps fit snugly around me and are best worn closer to the elbow where my arm is thinner. I've tried opening them to fit the wider part of my arm and have had some success with that, but it's very difficult to keep them in a perfect circle when stretched, and they deform a bit in the process. . However, they look very cool, and if they have hands the size of a medium or smaller woman, they should fit very well. I like the one with the dangling chains best and the one with the spirals my least, because it's difficult to lay the spirals flat and not dig into my hands. Still, it's a fun set and a quirky, edgy look.
