I just bought an 11 inch tablet and needed a case to use it without having to hold it when it's detached from the keyboard. I've bought this brand before so I knew what to expect and it didn't disappoint. Inside is a felt material with elastic straps to keep the keyboard in place during use. The exterior is durable faux leather and the cutouts match so I don't have to take it out of the case to use the ports. This is a good case. As I said, I've used this brand before but bought it from another seller and I didn't need to contact them.
