Review on 🪒 Vanicream Shave Cream: Fragrance-Free, Gluten-Free, and Gentle on Sensitive Skin – 6 Oz by Cherie Crawford

I was struggling to find a good shaving cream for sensitive skin so I was hoping the bad reviews on this product were wrong but they were turned out to be no. First, the product has an unpleasant odor. As others have described, it actually smells like Frito's corn chips. But not in a good way. More of an imitation of Fritos who have been standing idle for too long and have started to deteriorate. Definitely not something I want to put on my face. Secondly, the shaving cream is not very slippery, but rather pasty. Think of the texture of a really thick mineral-based sunscreen, or maybe even a toothpaste. It leaves marks on the skin and is difficult to wash off. I'm giving this product two stars instead of one simply because it's hard to find shaving creams for sensitive skin and Vanicream has at least tried to make it fragrance and other irritating ingredients free. However, in this case they really missed the mark.
