Review on HP ChromeBook 11 6 Inch Certified Refurbished by John Mejia

I've waited a few days to write to see if it gets any better but right now I can't even use it for school like I wanted. 1. ) I can no longer receive updates because they are too old, this is the first message I got when I first opened it. 2.) Physical buttons missing, screen scratches, computer physical backs missing 3.) Unable to use YouTube, Unable to use Spotify (it keeps skipping videos and songs for some reason) 4.) Dirt/dirt in all columns and der physical laptop was very sticky. 5.) The battery life is a maximum of 1 hour, a very pessimistic minimum, and I really don't think it's been fixed. I think they bought it from someone and immediately packed it to go out. If like me you can't afford a new computer then things like this are your best bet but unfortunately sometimes like me you burn out. Edit added 8/9/21 I was asked to submit photos but don't know how to submit photos of computer skipping songs, multiple choice questions, stickiness, poor battery life. But I can definitely send pictures of missing parts and keyboards, but my confidence is below par at the moment.
