I received my product last Thursday and used it for the first time on Saturday evening. I didn't even use a full pump when I used it. I've only used it once a day since Saturday and last night when I tried to use it nothing came out. I even asked my husband to try it and there was nothing he could do as he pressed the pump. When you unscrew it, you can't look down the tube to see if there's anything in there. The product seemed very light when I first took it out of the box, so I'm wondering how much it was at the very beginning. I've used this before and bought it locally and it lasted several months then. So my guess is that it was used and almost empty to begin with.
