I LOVE this item! I can't wait for the cold weather so I have a reason to wear it! ;) I'm 5'3 and it all comes down to my ankles I wanted. In my opinion, a dressing gown doesn't make much sense in winter if it doesn't cover the legs. It's quite thick and soft, and the inner fleece doesn't stick too much to rough areas on your hands. The package was unopened when I received it, but the duvet itself was held together at one end with a large elastic. The tape and the informational "tag" were in his pocket. So not sure if it was a return or what the deal was but the robe still looked brand new. I washed it cold and dried it on low and it felt great and didn't pill at all.
