I bought two of these and hung them both up the same day, one of them stopped working after a part time job probably a few hours a day, the second is still running fine. Update, it hasn't been a year since I hung these up and the second one is dying now, flickering brighter with each warm up, I suspect it's the internal power supply, but I twisted it, it pulled out a working lamp to install this very short-lived product. Avoid, avoid, avoid. One of the lights started blinking brighter when first turned on, but after a few minutes it quieted down and after a week it went out completely. The thought of me tearing down an old jig that's been there for 50 years to install something that died before even taking a year is unacceptable. I bought it to save energy, now everything I saved is spent on buying another lamp to replace this poor quality product. Assembly is fairly easy, but I see some people having trouble with the clips he uses to hang it from the ceiling. I had no issues with the clips but there is no adjustment to align the light with the surrounding space causing it to hang askew as my old ceiling mount is not perpendicular to the room. The light itself looks beautiful and I wish it could live up to the reputation of LED bulbs and last much longer than the expected lifespan of regular bulbs and be nice and bright and energy efficient, but it doesn't. In my opinion I would look elsewhere and buy something else.
