Original review: Shortly used, two days. I really like this scale and it seems very accurate. Why I say this is that I weighed myself twice a few minutes apart and the results were the same. Maybe it's software or good for what it is? I do not know. Easy to set up but still had to read the instructions which weren't even two or three small pages. I like the Android version of the software, again easy setup. I felt a bit lost for a few minutes until I figured out the software. Works great so far on my Sprint Note 4. Very nice scales, well made and with a 5 year guarantee. In January (one year old) he only reported his weight and nothing else. Just spilled the whole thing every now and then and gave you all the measurements. I didn't care as it was inaccurate. I like tracking and saving my history on my phone. And I have to say only two adult elderly used the scale. As of today, they no longer work. It still shows your weight but is a bit wonky and now doesn't communicate with your phone. I tried new batteries unaided, did the same thing, just flashed the weight and then turned it off. UPDATE: I will update the rating and review after the support and warranty reply. So I decided to call Greater Goods and was on hold. for a while but not for long. Then after that wait he said to leave a message on the tone and gave an email to write them for a call back. It was this morning, around 10:00 am CST. I'll give them some time to respond as I don't need that second customer service but I expect to get one. He almost paid Benjamin for a scale that was one-fifth of his guarantee. Called AND emailed Greater Goods 10/19/16 and to date 10/24/16. nothing from them. When they called, my answering machine took the call. I check my email daily and also check my spam folder daily. -------------- ------------------------------------------------- - ---------------------------------- ---------------- ------------------- --------------- - Now 01/22/2017 Never heard of Greater Goods. Therefore, there is NO guarantee for the goods sold. Good luck buying from them. Unfortunately, I liked where everything went and helped me remove the spare tire and keep my eyes on the road. Watching your weight drop is a huge plus if you can't exercise very well. So look at the evidence of your progress that has motivated me.
