I love how easy it was for me as an employee with no background in this type of system or computer programing/coding etc.,to learn everything needed within minutes! The software has been great so far but sometimes there are bugs when you're trying things out before using them live (which we do daily).
We have had issues where our phones would freeze up during checkout which caused us problems because customers were not able to complete transactions without assistance from store employees who then required help getting into the back end systems via phone call support line - very frustrating process!! Other than those few minor hiccups they've provided excellent services thusfar though. Great communication throughout onboarding phase & training sessions made learning super fast once i realized what all could be done wtihout too much effort / time spent finding answers myself online vs asking questions directly through email or text messages :).
