In my original order most of the lids of the 18 piece set were scratched and some were bent. Revain's customer service was great and responsive and issued a replacement. -->> The problem is that the replaced items are in worse condition than the original items they were supposed to replace! The bowls were well packaged so there were no shipping issues along the way. This 18-piece purchase includes 9 different sized glass bowls and their lids. The lids didn't look new (slightly scratched and not in pristine condition as a new product should be) but the main issue with replacing them is that the FOUR glass bowls are broken and NOT safe, so cannot be used to store food. Very disappointing. I have other glassware that I bought years ago that I wanted to add to my collection. UPDATE: Good and bad: I accidentally dropped an unopened container of cooked eggplant. --> Positive, the glass was NOT broken and the lid was not removed. --> NO: there were actually aubergines on the floor, the lids DO NOT close. Disappointing.
