I bought this on 01/2020. Due to Covid it has been used very little. 08/2020 I noticed that there is no sound on the right side. So I sent it back under warranty. However, they say that the warranty is void as long as there is physical damage. Before sending it back, I took photos that showed no obvious damage or even scratches. So that sounds like a scam to me. Even if it was taken out of the box yesterday they still can't claim cover because there is 'physical damage'. Also, it has to be some kind of "physical damage" for something to break, right?
