Good, I would recommend.
I have terrible ankles and flat feet. I like this product in general. Sure, it definitely doesn't provide maximum ankle support, but it did help provide moderate arch support. After working 6-8 hour shifts and being constantly on my feet, I found that the pain in my legs decreased significantly during/after the shift. I would probably recommend it, but I don't think it replaces a real insole.
