very soft, very absorbent. only lasts 4-6 months. Towels start to curl up and don't wash well. I've never come across a towel that I couldn't bleach pure white. For some reason, almost like suede, this material clings to tiny smudges and small debris that might cling to your other clothing. So the towel has all the little sharp objects (little bits of grass that stick to other towels/fibers from other clothes) woven into the towel. Also, after about 4 months, all of these towels will begin to unfold in length. See attached photo.
