I like that you can connect your phone or tablet directly into the software so you don't need to copy files off of them first. You also have access to all the same features as with any other version of the program. The only thing is when searching through folders, sometimes it takes forever before showing up in results. It's not always right away. Make sure you are looking at the correct folder. If you're having trouble finding something quickly, make sure its in there somewhere! We use this software every day to find important information about our cases. Sometimes we just cant remember where things were located. This allows us to look back easily and go over old logs from days gone by.
