I have this product to store china crockery (which will be lighter than the TV and all its accessories). I like the look of the piece and it wasn't that difficult to put together. The problem is that it is brittle and the wood used is a cheap finish and a simple touch can damage the finish. I don't expect this product to last very long! It also feels a bit wonky (scary)! This also applies when the wooden dowels are glued in and all connectors are tightened. I don't think it was worth the amount I paid for it. However, if you can get an item for less than $200 and get maybe 5 years of benefit from it, it's worth it. I paid more and I'll be lucky if I get 5 years. Hasn't lived even a year, and faux wood warps. This product is not worth the money I paid. Look at the photos which show the wood warping and the drawers no longer sit flush. I have central heating and air and this is what happened. I can't imagine how bad it would be if you didn't.
