After using this headset for a few years I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 1. List of issues:1. The mute button is unnecessarily difficult to press inward2. The mute/unmute sound is almost identical, it is very difficult to distinguish3. The mute button stops working properly after a few months and causes the mute/mute to repeat when pressed4. The headset is EXCEPTIONALLY finicky when it comes to placing it on the stand. If it's not PERFECTLY aligned, it won't charge. But you won't know that because the blue charging light is on anyway and it just won't charge.5. Forgot spare batteries. When your headset runs out of power and you replace a new battery, the headset will crash and also think the new battery is low. The only way to fix this is to put the headset on the stand for 15 minutes and let it determine the actual battery level. An unacceptable number of issues for a product in this price range. This is the price of a top notch premium product, but average at best.
