I've had my Ford Flex for over 4 years, the sync system is great except when using Pandora. It skips songs when streaming, there are forums about it, can't solve it. So, a few years ago I bought a Bluetooth on RCA - it worked, but it always got reviews. Well I'd had enough and wanted something better. I chose this particular device after looking at many of them, comparing specs, etc. The first thing that struck me was the lack of feedback, using the AV input when synced to maximum volume. Be silent! Wonderful! Another nice feature is reconnecting to BT when you come back from the store. - My phone always reconnects automatically. So great! I'm sure some people will complain about that. If you don't turn off the 1Mii when you get home, your phone will stay connected, causing confusion when trying to play sounds at home. When I get home I make a mental note to make sure I turn off the 1Mii and have no problems. Overall I love this little Bluetooth 1Mii device, the fact that there is no feedback at high volume is just great, I just wish I had had it for the last few years to avoid feedback disappointment - ha!
