The quality and craftsmanship of this blanket is amazing. I needed something cotton and light for summer and this is what I need. Very mild, just a slight dye smell which I sometimes notice with Indian made textiles (it was made in China) so the dye smell wasn't a total surprise. I didn't feel like washing right away, so I put the blanket in the dryer with a dryer for 10 minutes and the smell went away completely. I love bright colors, looks even better in person. Bought from Blue in King and when pulled flush with the top of the bed the comforter had a perfect drop of 15 inches on either side of the bed and 15 inches at the bottom. Haven't washed it yet but judging by the good stitching it will hold up.
