VERY small! I usually wear a size 10, but this shoe should be at least a size 11. They are very comfortable for thin legs, but when my legs are swollen I can't even put them on because the tongue is sewn on with a very strong elastic, so not much. But if I can put them on I can work 12 hours on my feet on concrete and my feet don't hurt. So you are definitely worth it. I only keep spare shoes for a few days if they don't fit. I ordered these shoes in several colors as they are very comfortable.
