I bought this kit for my 2003 Suburban which was suffering from numerous wobbly needles. The motors were easy to install and worked great. If you have basic soldering skills you should have no trouble installing them. Just be careful when removing old motors and don't overheat the board. Fitting and soldering new motors is much easier than removing old ones. Take your time and work carefully. Lightbulbs were different. First, the kit only comes with 10 bulbs while my board had 11 bulbs. That looks like poor planning on someone's part, as it prevents you from simply swapping out all the bulbs while you've disassembled the cluster. Another disappointment is that these new bulbs are noticeably dimmer than the original bulbs which still work despite the originals being over 15 years old! My advice: use motors, throw away lamps.
