If you need it for a few weeks its great, cheaper than foam and works. I wouldn't use it without extra coverage like a blanket if you're wearing a splint or cast, but it does the job and then dies. It was full of air yesterday afternoon, but before I went to bed I wondered where it had gone. I saw a blanket on the bed but no pillow! Uh-uh. Flat as crepe. It was October 10th, the last return day was October 8th. Trash for a long time but if you only need it for a month go for it, styrofoam - it hurts to throw it away, when you're done with it these automatically deflate and can be thrown away.
