Compared to the vertical Logitech MX, the shape is different. The trunks don't have room for your thumb, and the design lets my hand slip off unless you make a conscious effort to grip them. The Evo has a thumb and forefinger rest that keeps your hand on the mouse. The Evo also has two buttons that are easy and effortless to reach with your thumb. You are really helpful! Great software, easy to program each key. The surface is glossy and is very different from most rubber surface mice, but looks quite normal. If you need a vertical mouse, this is it!
