Short life on the bike

used this powered port charger on a Yamaha FJ09 to commute and charge a cell phone during 45 minute rides. One port stopped working after a few weeks, then another port stopped working after a few weeks. Maybe this charger can't withstand the vibrations of a bike used on a motorcycle?
