WALL OF TEXT STARTS HERE This is a great anti-odorant (not a deodorant, not an antiperspirant, it's a prophylactic!) once you learn how to use it. I highly recommend it for people with bad body odor. I tend to sweat a lot and it can smell pretty bad IMO, but I could probably go two days with no smell with this one! That's impressive considering I start smelling twenty minutes after stepping out of the shower. (No, I don't live in a very hot climate, it's just that I'm special in that.) So, from what I've learned, once you're out of the shower and dry, spray both of your armpits with this this spray and hit them well. It will be wet but will dry fairly quickly (no need to wait for it to dry before putting on a shirt). Now put on a t-shirt (or another shirt that will be right under your armpits) and hit your armpits again. . At this point, both your hole and the shirt in your hole will be wet. The purpose of this is to get the active ingredient (read like salt) to where you sweat so the bacteria can't have a stink-fest. (Nobody likes that kind of vacation) That was the most important thing I learned from it, although I sprayed my armpits well I ended up smelling. However, when I took my shirt off, I began to realize that it wasn't me that stank, it was my shirt. So spray the shirt too! Anyway, I hope this helps people. I will never go back to that other slimy/waxy perfumed deodorant/antiperspirant. Things to note: - It prevents bacteria from getting out of control and multiplying. So if you already stink, spraying will only prevent additional stink. . Take a shower! - Try to dry the water from your pits before spraying. - It also works on other areas that sweat and smell, when I sweat a lot I also hit my chest sometimes - Don't be afraid to really spray it there if you try it for the first time. Once you see results, you'll try to focus on what you really need. Essentially prevent a bad experience by trying to save money with two squirts. - It's in a purple spray bottle which doesn't look very masculine, you may have to compensate elsewhere.
