Let me first say that I was extremely skeptical about this product. A whole palette of glittering eyeshadows so cheap? Yeah right. This is probably crap. I went ahead and got the palette anyway, thinking that even if they weren't something I could use, my daughter could play with them. When I received it I was shocked and impressed! I LOVE THIS PALETTE. The shine isn't great, it applies easily and there was no fallout even when I swatched without primer. It held up very well, it's very pigmented and didn't even need a base color. I also didn't have to scratch and tear my eyelid to remove it with makeup remover. I absolutely recommend it!
