I either got a defective insert or the wrong size. I follow the instructions of how to let the the insert inflate but it never got very big. I even let it sit out longer than it said to see if it would puff up more. No such luck. Very disappointed because I looked long and hard for a bean bag and you can even enjoy sitting in it.Updated 12/20/22 I contacted the company that makes the bags and they were able to send me some extra filler. Still waiting for it to arrive, but it has only been a couple of days. Very pleased with their quick response and willingness to make good on their product. I will update again when I receive the additional filler.
