They are always there to help you, they have very good knowledge in their field of work (Devops) which is really helpful when it comes down time for production issues or any other issue that needs immediate attention / fix from expert users. Nothing much about them but I can say one thing - be ready because if your not prepared with all details regarding system configuration then don't expect support team will come up instantly whenever needed! We use gruntework services mostly during our CI/CD process where we do lot's things such automation using Jenkins etc.
