I bought this because I am a fan of the Oracle brand. I love this 651 vinyl! So I figured this transfer tape must be just as good! NOT CORRECT! I used it to apply 651 vinyl to a couple of mugs (just regular 651 gloss vinyl) and I could barely get it to stick to the lettering to peel it off the backing. It was very frustrating. I don't know if this could be a bad reel, but I wouldn't buy it again. I keep it in case I run out and really need it. Also, the mesh you see is only printed on the backing and not on the transfer tape itself, which I found odd. *Want to add to my review: I ended up using this reel. It's still barely sticky, but only use it on glossy vinyl that has plenty of room to stick. Not for details. Even with large pieces, I still have to help it stick. I preferred to use it on varnished wood which I feared would peel. I think that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars.
