They arrived in a round brown box. The lower part was pressed in, but nothing was missing. These circles are small, the size I would use to remove eye makeup. They are amazingly soft and feel good on my face but not big enough to wash off my entire face. The edges are stitched and some have issues where the stitching doesn't meet properly. The cartridges were packed in a plain brown cotton bag lined with laundry mesh. It also includes a great dryer that attaches to a mirror or shower screen with a suction cup. It worked fine for me on a mirror, but of course it drips onto your counter. Made in China.
