Really works but be careful
I have a thick callus on one side of my heel. Using it after a shower (to soften a callus) removed a surprising amount of dead tissue and immediately reduced the discomfort of the hit. BUT, the grater heads are really SHARP! Be careful and go slow: my spouse got too aggressive and the leg healed for a week.
