I bought size 7yr. My child is in between sizes and this dress fits great. It was perfect for a Christmas dress and she can wear it again for photos or when she needs a formal dress. I was very surprised that the dress turned out so soft and you didn't have to wear panties underneath. I was also concerned that the lid might fall off as my baby is so small but we had no problems with that. She really liked the dress and loved twirling in it. It didn't take long for her to put the shoes on. I'm glad it wasn't hard to get her to wear it! She was so excited when she realized how soft the dress was.
