See video for assembly instructions. I couldn't find a zip for the outer padding, but that means the zip won't bother baby. It comes vacuum packed in a nice carry bag with padded bottom, padded sides and two lids. It is easy to assemble, very soft and comfortable. The kid will love it and I like it because of the affordable price.
