I ordered XXL and XL as the reviews said they run small. My waist is 34/36, inseam is 30/32 depending on the cut and brand. I found the XXL to be too big and the XL a bit too big, although both were similar. I will order a large and see how it compares but will definitely be returning the XXL. I also rivet a few button hooks to use with suspenders instead of a belt, which I think creates creases at the waist. I wore the XL on a snowshoe hike and moisture absorption was minimal even after sitting in a snowdrift for 45 minutes on my lunch break. The thin base layer kept me warm all day and comfortable indoors for a few hours at dinner. Washable in Nikwax for added water resistance. I will definitely wear more.
