I tried these on when receiving and really liked the fit, color and style. The distressing is an okay amount not to look trashy. The shorts came with an extremely strong chemical odor which is why the low rating. I have washed them twice now hoping to be able to wear them. Warm water, Tide and added baking soda. After two washes, the odor is lessened but still present. Kind of doubting it will ever fully go away. May give them one more wash because I really don’t want to walk around smelling like I’ve been treated with chemicals. The sizing is also pretty skewed on these. Most of my non-gym shorts are a 7, one is a 9, and these I had to size up to a 10 for comfortable fit.
