NO HIGH POSITION! THE PHOTO DID NOT LIKE IT AT ALL!
It was MEDIUM waist at BEST and basically skinny flared leggings! They weren't free and my daughter was very disappointed. It did NOT look like the picture!

- The material was so cheap that it literally shimmered through.
