It's too early to say but so far it's been GREAT and it's great too! Our water contains too much chlorine, which leads to dryness and itching. After using this I can't remember the last time I felt so clean. Thanks to this product, there are 100% more showers in my family! People complain about the durability but I believe that durability comes down to the water flowing through them and not the quality of this product. Don't overtighten the head or it will leak! If it leaks, don't tighten it. Take it off, use more or a new thread band and put it back on.
