Great mod and must-have item for any Jeep
Every Jeep owner should have these grips. Yes, there is left and right, and no instructions are included. However, if you do your due diligence in reading this review, you will clearly see that they have instructions on the product website. They are quite simple and easy to install. We have a Jeep JK with a 3" lift and it makes it easy to get in even at 240 pounds! The only thing I would recommend is that after a while you have to retighten the screws. Great mod at an affordable price.
