Great customer service! Good product. We have 3 children. Initially there were 5 different cords sticking out of the socket in the picture. My kids got chords mixed up. Or, my favorite, plug the device into a cable that wasn't connected to the wall. Anyway, this product has conquered a lot of territory! Works great for us. 6 devices are charged at the same time. The red and purple iPad have thick cases, so I removed one plastic bezel to make room for the thickness. Lila just sits in the back. Excellent customer service. There is 1 micro USB among all cables, I needed 1 more. I contacted the company and they responded quickly and helped me solve my problem. Good customer service is rare these days. Thanks very much!
