These leggings can be worn on any occasion. Sizes from toddlers to big kids are perfect for my girls. Dimensions are as expected, excellent. My girls dress the same (as long as they want) and the dresses are of good quality. The leggings are thick so they don't show through. As it is available in large children's sizes, it is marked S, M and L. I have M (8) which is the size my 9 year old wears. They have room to grow, so I buy clothes for my kids. You are still at the waist. My toddlers are 3t and 4t and they fit the same. Overall we love them and will be buying more designs.
