I only arrived a few days ago so not sure if I will feel the same in a month or a year etc. but so far I am impressed . Used custom free shipping and the pillow arrived a few days before the expected date. I like the packaging. Supplied in a strong translucent plastic bag with zip closure and inside - a drawstring cloth pouch. Also included (which was a surprise) is a sleep mask for sleeping, which I haven't used yet. I often fall asleep in my home office chair, which reclines (another Revain purchase I love) and when I'm not reclined (which I usually don't because I don't plan on falling asleep) I'm waking up with it neck stiffness on . He started yawning and laid down a pillow to be on the safe side. Of course I dozed off, but this time it wasn't a stiff neck. I look forward to trying this at home and using it on planes where I often fall asleep.
