Review on πŸ‘” Impeccable Style: MOSIYEEF Aluminum Blocking Automatic Imitation Men's Accessories for Timeless Elegance by Nick Mcvey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good for v1. V2 can be improved

I keep it in my back pocket along with a knife. The knife is hooked in at the side, the wallet is exposed. They bump into each other as you walk, which is a little annoying, but it's not your wallet's fault. The wallet is slightly worn where it touches the knife. In the next version of this wallet it would be nice if they included an extra pocket clip. I do have one complaint that the metal edges feel pretty sharp at the corners. So far they've cut nothing other than feeling like you could probably bleed if you applied some pressure and move quickly, or tear something if it was stuffed into a tightly packed bag and you tried to pull it out. This hasn't happened to me (yet) either, but it was one of the first things I noticed when I opened the package. This is something to consider for v2. Overall I like this wallet and would probably recommend it. It seems to be much more profitable than the Ridge wallets. The extraction mechanism works well and is fun to tinker with. I carry 6 cards and 3 bills and this works great for me. Update (November 2021): I've been wearing it daily for the past 6 months, but a few weeks after writing this review I started wearing it on the front. Pocket. Slipping and rattling in my back pocket became frustrating with every step. Now he shares a front pocket with my keys but doesn't rattle them like a knife. Although there are some dents and scratches as you would expect, this thing is in perfect condition. I no longer notice any sharp edges. I used to have leather wallets and was a little startled by them, also they seem a bit rounded (yes, you can see a small strip of aluminum on each corner now. typical signs of wear), but I'm used to it now. I didn't have to wrap it tightly in anything, but nothing was torn or bleeding. The pull-out mechanism is also well preserved, despite my tendency to fiddle with it.

Pros
  • I keep my fists
Cons
