Review on NENRENT S570 Bluetooth Earbud Headphones by Cynthia Taylor

I bought this ear bud as part of a lightening deal in August. 7 months later, the volume has mysteriously almost disappeared, even the "Power On" voice, indicating the volume lowering had nothing to do with the device I'm using (a Fire tablet). However, I reached out to NENRENT customer service via the Revain Message Center (Revain - It's almost impossible to communicate to a seller through your message system), and they are sending me a free replacement.Up until the volume issue, I used this earbud Almost constantly to listen to streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Prime) from my tablet. I like the wireless earbud function so my small children can't listen to the TV shows I like to watch (and so they don't crowd the screen, lol). It has a great range, and is easily paired, and the battery life is extensive. I cannot review using this earbud in a telephone capacity.
